What is monthly bookkeeping?
Monthly bookkeeping means your books are brought current every month, not once a year. Each month we review every bank and credit card transaction, put it in the right account, reconcile each account to its statement, and record the entries that bank feeds miss, such as payroll, loan payments and owner draws.
The result is a Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet you can rely on, delivered on a fixed schedule. When tax season arrives, your preparer gets a clean year-end package instead of a shoebox.
Who monthly bookkeeping is for

Businesses that just had a cleanup
Your books were brought current. Monthly bookkeeping keeps them that way.
Growing teams with payroll
More accounts, payroll journals and bills to track than one person can keep up with.
Owners who borrow or raise money
Lenders and investors want current, reconciled financials, not last year's tax return.
