SEC Reporting Support
A close and reporting process that meets public-company deadlines, quarter after quarter.
Online service across all 50 states

What this service is
After listing, the company has to deliver financial statements on a fixed schedule: 10-Q and 10-K for U.S. issuers, 20-F and semiannual 6-K reports for most foreign private issuers on Nasdaq, plus 8-K financial exhibits when material events occur. We run or support the close, prepare the financial statements and footnotes, provide data for MD&A, coordinate the auditor's quarterly reviews and annual audit, and work with your filing agent on Inline XBRL. Your management and audit committee review and approve each filing.

How It Works
Calendar and roles
Close calendar, review steps, and who signs off on what.
Close and draft
Reconciliations, financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A data.
Review and auditor coordination
Management, audit committee, and auditor review cycles.
Filing support and improvement
Work with counsel and the filing agent, then refine the process for next quarter.
Your Role
Own the certifications and final disclosures, keep an internal finance contact responsible for each filing, and approve all entries and statements.
Service Scope
The independent audit opinion and quarterly reviews are performed by your PCAOB-registered auditor, not by OICPA. Reporting support is not an audit, securities legal advice, or a certification of the filing.
